Simon Armitage's play won Best Studio Production and Julie Hesmondalgh won Best Actress in Studio Production.

The awards were held at The Palace Theatre in Manchester and we were proud to have three nominations and win two !

We attended the awards wth Sue Roberts, the producer, Sarah Franklin, the director and other staff from The Royal Exchange. Julie invited the whole team on stage and Sarah talked about Sophie and the importance of our work in her acceptance speech.

The play will be back on stage at The Royal Exchange this time next year.

Thanks to the judges for their awards, the more we reach with Sophie's story the better.
